So long fair weather friends

I truely do have amazing friends. They're each damaged, some irrepairably, some are healing, the pink scar tissue still seen, but each is perfectly brilliant. I've never been prouder to call a group of people friends. I adore them. Each has something they bring to my life that I would now find it hard to live without. I love each of them. Some I'm even starting to think of as family. They take the good and the bad of me, they know me inside out, or are beginning to, and i like it. I love that I know some of them just as well. I love them, I do. I'm so glad I have them now.
